Xolvie Resolution Specialist30 Temmuz 2025 16:51
First, look at the in-game ban message. If it says that you were banned because of cheating, changed files, virtualization tools, or other violations of the TOU, that's probably why. Permanent bans for those reasons can't be lifted.
You can't get support to lift a ban early or speed up a ban that was applied properly; only mistakes can be looked at.
If you think this ban was because you changed your device, not because you did something wrong, send a ticket to Critical Ops support using their official form. Include your account ID, information about the device, and a polite explanation.
If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
