Critical Ops Ranked Placement Issue—Didn’t Receive My Silver Rank

I had to create a new account after my previous one was banned, and I started playing ranked matches again. In the past, I was always placed in Bronze or Silver, but this time, I played my placement matches and received no rank at all.

I should have been placed in Silver, but instead, my account still shows "unranked." This is extremely frustrating because I played the required matches and earned my rank. Additionally, I noticed that my gold balance is missing, and I want it back.

Critical Ops, please fix my ranked placement and return my gold! I worked for my rank and should not be left without proper placement. I expect a quick resolution!
