I joined a ranked match in Critical Ops and realized I hadn’t connected my Bluetooth headset. After turning on Bluetooth and pairing my headset, I suddenly got a "Connection Lost" message, and when I reconnected, the room had closed.
Then, a "Leave Room" button appeared, and immediately after that, I received a 1-week ban for no valid reason! This is completely unfair since I did nothing wrong. A simple Bluetooth reconnection should not result in a ban.
If this issue isn’t fixed, I will delete the game. I demand Critical Ops support to remove this unjust ban and fix the system to prevent this from happening to other players in the future!
