Critical Ops Gave Me a 7-Day Ban After Game Bug — I Want the Ban Lifted

I was playing Critical Ops using my account with the username -ryker-, and I entered a ranked match as usual. But the game didn’t load — it got stuck and clearly bugged out. I thought it might fix itself if I restarted, so I exited and rejoined. To my shock, I was hit with a 7-day ban just for that.

This isn’t the first time either. A few days ago, the same thing happened, and I received a 2-day ban even though the issue was with the game, not me. That was only 4 days ago — and now here I am, banned again, through no fault of my own.

I’m beyond frustrated. If this ban isn’t reduced or removed immediately, I’m done — I’ll uninstall the game. I’m tired of being punished for bugs in the system. Critical Ops, fix your game and stop banning loyal players for technical issues that are clearly on your end.
