Creality CR-10 SE Calibration Fails With Loud Mechanical Noise

I have been experiencing serious calibration problems with my Creality CR-10 SE 3D printer for approximately one month. The machine repeatedly gives calibration errors when calibrating in certain directions, and especially at certain points, it makes an irritating clicking or rattling noise that sounds similar to a rapid-fire mechanical sound. This prevents me from properly completing the necessary settings before printing and makes it impossible for me to use the machine efficiently.

The printer is currently approximately six months old, and I obtained it secondhand. Despite this, I do not believe it is normal to experience calibration problems and such a significant mechanical noise issue after such a short period of time. I believe the problem may be related to a manufacturing defect or hardware failure.

I request that Creality inspect the printer and resolve the calibration errors and mechanical noise occurring during calibration, and, if possible, replace the device. I also request that the cause of the malfunction be identified and that the necessary support be provided to prevent similar problems from occurring again and to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
