I can confirm that Cosmos Capital has a fast and reliable withdrawal process, but their customer support is far from satisfactory. I contacted them several times regarding minor technical issues, and it took days to receive a response. The live chat is rarely available, and the email support team often sends generic replies. Even though I trust them with my money, I expect better communication and faster assistance from a licensed forex company.
