Cosmos Capital Fails to Update Account Information

I submitted a request to Cosmos Capital to update my account information, including my address and contact details. However, despite my request, no action has been taken by the platform authorities.
The failure to update my address and contact information is creating problems in legal procedures as well as in the execution and follow-up of my transactions.
I request that my account information be updated promptly and that the necessary reviews and internal checks be carried out to ensure that similar delays do not occur again.
