Corsair iCUE H100i Cooler Fails After One Day, Spiking CPU Temperatures to 215°F

I purchased the Corsair iCUE H100i Elite LCD XT Display 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler on N11 from the seller Beşyıldızbilgisayar. I received the product on July 25, 2026, and after having it installed, I was only able to use it without issue for a single day. The next day when I turned on my PC, an exclamation mark appeared on the screen, the cooler stopped working, and the CPU temperature spiked to 215°F (102°C) within 1 minute.

Because it was defective, I sent the item in for warranty repair from Malatya via Yurtiçi Kargo. My technical service tracking number is 4257614. Having a brand-new unit break down after just one day of use has caused me significant frustration. Although 10 days have passed since sending the product for service, I have received zero updates—no phone calls, nor any follow-up regarding the process.

We sent an email, but received no reply. When we called customer support, they told us no action had been taken and instructed us to send another email. We emailed again and messaged repeatedly via WhatsApp, yet none of our attempts were answered. Finding no one responsible at customer service and being ignored like this is completely unacceptable, considering what I paid and the inconvenience I've experienced.

I demand that this defective liquid cooler be inspected under warranty and urgently repaired or replaced with a new unit, or refunded if neither is possible. Furthermore, I request a clear, written update regarding the status of my claim.
