My experience with Coral was quite disappointing recently. I had been using the platform for some time, engaging responsibly and adhering to all the guidelines. I was taken aback when I received an email saying, "As a business decision, we have decided to permanently close your account." It was frustrating to receive a decision without any explanation, warning, or chance to discuss or appeal it. I reached out to customer support for some clarity, but I only received the same unclear response repeated back to me. I had funds in my account that I couldn't access, and I feel utterly caught off guard. It’s really disappointing to be banned without any transparency. I had higher expectations for Coral and would recommend that others approach their services with caution.
