I was using Coomeet as usual when suddenly, without any warning or explanation, I was redirected to a screen telling me that my account had been blocked. I have no idea what triggered this action — I wasn’t doing anything wrong. In fact, the only thing I can think of is that I was briefly changing my clothes, and maybe that was misinterpreted by the system.
What’s more frustrating is that I had an active paid subscription, and now it’s completely wasted because I can’t even access my account anymore. I feel like I’ve been unfairly penalized without a proper review or chance to explain.
Please investigate this issue immediately and reactivate my account or refund my subscription fee. I expect Coomeet to treat its users more fairly and handle such blocks with more care.
