Coomeet 1.3.0 Not Working on App or Website Despite Active Subscription

I am currently using Coomeet version 1.3.0, and for the past 4 days, I have been unable to access the service either through the app or the website. Despite having an active subscription, I cannot log in or use any of the features. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and even restarted my device, but the problem continues with no improvement.

As a paying subscriber, this situation is very frustrating. I expect Coomeet to provide reliable access to its service, yet I am locked out completely.

I demand that access to both the app and the website be restored immediately so I can use the membership I already paid for. Customers should not be left without service while their subscriptions remain active.
