I have been using the Coomet app for years, but for the past seven months, I have not been able to purchase a Premium membership. I want to buy the $2.97 Premium plan, but no matter which card I try, I receive a “transaction declined” error on the payment screen. I have tried multiple times using a debit card, virtual card, and credit card, but the result is always the same.
In addition, the app does not open on Android phones, so I am forced to use it only through a web browser. I tried using two different Android devices and experienced similar issues on both. Because the app will not open and my payments are being declined, I have been unable to access the paid service for a long time.
When I contacted Coomet about this issue, they only sent me a link, which did not provide any permanent solution, and the same problems continued. I am requesting a permanent fix that will allow me to purchase my Premium membership without issues and use the app normally on Android devices.
