Connected2.me stopped sending me verification codes out of nowhere, how can I log in again?

First, make sure that the phone number or email address you entered is correct and hasn't changed.

Make sure your phone doesn't block unknown senders and that your inbox isn't full if you're using SMS.

If you thought you got the code in an email, check your spam or promotions files. That's where a lot of people find them.

If everything is right and you still don't get a code, email [email protected] to get in touch with them.

Include your username, the way you logged in (email or phone), and the fact that you're not getting verification codes in your message.

Logging in from a different device or a different network, like mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, may also help things go faster.
