Connected2 Profile and Stories Deleted Without Reason: Fix Account

For almost a week now, I have been facing an ongoing problem with the Connected2 application. My account with the username "usernun" is repeatedly affected without any clear reason, even though I only use a very simple and personal email and post completely harmless content. I do not use personal photos of myself. My profile only contains a simple bio and photos of my coffee, sometimes with a song, yet my stories and even my entire profile are suddenly deleted with no justification given. There is no clear explanation, warning, or violation message that tells me what rule I supposedly broke. I tried to find a way to contact Connected2 support, but I could not find any working contact channel, and my email could not be sent to them. So I have no way to understand why this is happening or to defend my account. I request that my account be protected, that my stories and profile stop being deleted without reason, and that any previous unjustified deletions be reviewed and restored if possible. I also ask Connected2 to clearly explain why such deletions occurred and to ensure that normal, harmless posts like coffee photos and songs are not treated as violations in the future.
