FamPay Aadhaar Verification Failed: Reset KYC Attempts
I am a registered FamPay user. I am writing to inform you that my Aadhaar verification has failed on the app while I was trying to complete my account activation/KYC process. During the KYC process, the Aadhaar verification failed multiple times, and I have now exhausted all the available verification attempts. As a result, my account verification is currently blocked, and I have been unable to proceed with activation for the last 20–25 days. This is the first time I am raising this issue with FamPay, and I kindly request you to reset my Aadhaar verification attempts so that I can try the Aadhaar KYC process again and complete my account activation. I request you to please look into this matter at the earliest and help me get my account verified and unblocked. Thank you for your support.
