Connected2 Is Not Removing a Fake Account Created in My Name

I am writing to report a serious case of impersonation and harassment involving the Connected2 application.

A fake account has been created in my name without my knowledge or permission. This account is impersonating me by communicating with other users, sharing inappropriate content, and damaging my personal reputation.

In addition, I have been receiving threatening and intimidating messages related to my private life and personal privacy. These messages have caused me significant emotional distress and have continued continuously since this morning.

I have already reported this situation through the Connected2 application and submitted evidence, including screenshots of the threatening and abusive messages. Despite my reports, no effective action has been taken. The fake account remains active, and the harassment and threats continue.

This situation poses a serious risk to my personal security, privacy, and reputation.

I respectfully request that Connected2 immediately investigate this matter, permanently disable and remove the fake account that has been created in my name, and take appropriate action against the person responsible.

I also request that all available account logs and evidence be preserved and, if necessary, shared with the appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws should a legal investigation be required.

Finally, I ask Connected2 to strengthen its security and moderation procedures to better protect users from impersonation, threats, and similar forms of abuse so that incidents like this do not occur again.

Please provide written confirmation that my report has been investigated, the fake account has been removed, and the necessary action has been taken.
