Columbia Strata Trail Shoes Tear and Leak Water After 4 Months

I purchased the Columbia Strata Trail men’s shoes from the official Columbia store on Trendyol with order number 10048008277. After using the shoes for about four months, the fabric parts on the sides tore, and the shoes began letting water in. I only used the product for daily wear, without any extreme conditions, yet it deteriorated this quickly, which was very disappointing.

Since the product has a one-year warranty, I contacted the company and requested either a replacement or a refund. I sent the product in for inspection on March 6, 2026. However, the company rejected my claim, stating that the damage was not due to a manufacturing defect. I used the shoes normally and did not misuse or alter them in any way, so I find it difficult to understand how this is not considered a production defect.

I request a full refund for the amount I paid for these shoes, which deteriorated quickly and started leaking water. Due to this negative experience, I no longer wish to use any products from the Columbia brand.
