I Keep Losing Coins on Coinpayu and Surveys Always Fail Without Reward

I’m beyond frustrated with Coinpayu. First of all, my coin balance keeps decreasing on its own without me doing anything. For example, I had 10,777 coins saved up, and the next day when I logged in, it was suddenly down to 9,300. This has happened multiple times, and I have no idea why. I'm trying to save up coins, but it's impossible when they just vanish without explanation.

Secondly, the surveys are completely unreliable. I’ll start answering one, provide my details, spend time going through the questions—and then suddenly, I get a message saying “This survey is not a match for you,” and it closes. This happens over and over again.

Coinpayu is wasting my time and cheating users out of their hard-earned coins. I demand answers as to why my balance drops mysteriously, and why surveys rarely reward completion.
