I reached out to Torox multiple times regarding the delay. Despite my repeated efforts, I received only a single response from them, stating that the matter was being discussed with the relevant company and that a resolution would be provided within 15 to 30 days.

I find it extremely unfair that small rewards are processed immediately, yet for a significant amount like $85, I am left waiting for weeks without clear communication. This delay has caused me to waste my time and lose trust in both Coinpayu and Torox. I feel financially disadvantaged and emotionally frustrated by the lack of transparency and support.
