I Face Missing $85 Reward in Rise of Kingdoms After Completing T4 Mission

I completed the T4 mission in the Rise of Kingdoms mobile game, expecting my $85 reward to be credited to my account as promised. However, despite fulfilling all the mission requirements, my reward has not been delivered for over two weeks. I initially contacted Coinpayu, the platform that facilitated this task, and they informed me that the issue was forwarded to the sponsor company, Torox, for review. I reached out to Torox multiple times regarding the delay. Despite my repeated efforts, I received only a single response from them, stating that the matter was being discussed with the relevant company and that a resolution would be provided within 15 to 30 days.
I find it extremely unfair that small rewards are processed immediately, yet for a significant amount like $85, I am left waiting for weeks without clear communication. This delay has caused me to waste my time and lose trust in both Coinpayu and Torox. I feel financially disadvantaged and emotionally frustrated by the lack of transparency and support.
I kindly request that my $85 reward be credited to my account without further delay. Additionally, I expect an apology for the inconvenience and clear communication regarding the resolution process. Please resolve this matter urgently and prevent such delays in the future.
