Coinpayu Torox Task Completed But Reward Not Credited

I am a user of the Torox game on Coinpayu and I am writing because I completed a task but have still not received the corresponding reward. I completed the task on 3 May 2026 and, despite waiting for two days, the reward has not been credited to my account. I have not received any response or notification regarding this missing reward. I kindly request that my account be checked and that the reward for the completed task be credited to me as soon as possible.
