I Face Eyelash Loss After First Use of Clinique High Impact Mascara

I purchased the Clinique High Impact Full Volume Mascara through Hepsiburada and used it for the first time. About three hours after applying the mascara, I removed my eye makeup using an eye makeup remover. However, on the very first day of use, I experienced serious eyelash shedding.

I have never had an issue like this before, and I used the mascara on its own, without combining it with any other products. Experiencing such a negative effect from the product on the first use was extremely surprising and upsetting for me.
