For days, Clinique’s website has been redirecting me to the homepage every time I try to complete a purchase. Despite this issue, I keep receiving promotional emails and notifications that items in my cart are selling out, adding to the frustration. Customer service has been unhelpful, offering no solution.

If you’re considering creating an account, think twice—it’s been a disappointing experience. Clinique, please resolve these website issues so customers can actually make purchases without frustration.
