Clinique Take The Day Off Cap Gets Stuck Shut, Wasting Full Product

I've been happily using Clinique's Take The Day Off eye makeup remover lotion, and I'm satisfied with the product's performance, but its cap design is seriously problematic. After the first opening, we had trouble reopening the cap, and with the most recent product I bought, the cap closed completely and could never be opened again.
I currently have a completely full product on hand whose cap won't open at all, and I can't use it. Having experienced this same problem with previous products as well shows that this isn't an individual product defect, but a general problem with the cap design. I purchased the products through Clinique's official website, clinique.com.tr, and the cap issue persisted every single time.
To make up for my wasted product and to prevent this same problem from happening again, I am requesting that a new product be sent to me to replace this full product whose cap won't open, and that the cap design be thoroughly reviewed and corrected.
