On 06.21.2026, I placed an order for the Moisture Surge™ 100-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator through Clinique's website. This order, numbered 7066798562, was delivered to me in Ankara on 06.22.2026, but when I opened the shipping package, I saw that there was only an empty box where the product should have been.
Even though I paid for and ordered the product, I am experiencing a grievance because an empty box was sent to me instead. Although I reached out about the issue, I have not received any response so far.
I am requesting that this grievance be resolved, and that either the complete, intact product I paid for be sent to me, or that I receive a refund.
