Nivea Aqua Rose Anti-Wrinkle Cream Caused a Severe Allergic Reaction
My wife has been a loyal user of Nivea's anti-wrinkle creams for years with no issues. On April 12, 2025, I purchased three jars each of the Nivea Aqua Rose Night and Day Anti-Wrinkle Creams, trusting the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, shortly after using them, my wife developed a strong allergic reaction. Her skin became irritated, red, and inflamed. We are now questioning whether the batch we received was defective or if this is a case of faulty manufacturing.
It's extremely disappointing and concerning to see such a reaction from a brand we've trusted for so long. We haven't changed anything else in her skincare routine, so the problem clearly stems from these specific products.
At this point, we are waiting to see how Nivea handles the situation. Will they take responsibility, or will they leave a long-time customer feeling ignored and let down? We expect the brand to investigate the issue thoroughly, offer a resolution, and ensure that no one else goes through the same experience. A prompt refund, product recall, or at least a proper explanation would be the bare minimum. We hope Nivea values customer trust enough to act accordingly.
