I Face Missing Account Issue in Clash Royale Despite Using Correct Supercell ID

I have been a long-time Clash Royale player, but after taking a break, I recently tried to log back into my account using my registered Supercell ID email. To my surprise, instead of receiving a login code in my email, I got a message saying:

"You tried to log in to Clash Royale with your Supercell ID. However, to link your game to Supercell ID and save your progress, you need to play a bit more in the game first. Clash Royale has not yet been linked to this Supercell ID. If you were trying to load previously saved progress, we can’t find the record. Do you have another Supercell ID you could try logging in with?"

This makes no sense because my account was already linked, and I had saved my progress long ago. It seems my account has inexplicably disappeared, and all my game progress is gone. I have no other Supercell ID, and I am certain I used the correct one.

I am urgently requesting Supercell to investigate this issue, recover my missing Clash Royale account, and restore all my progress without delay. Losing years of gameplay for no valid reason is unacceptable, and I expect prompt action to resolve this matter.
