Clash Royale Cannot Access Old Account “Specalexis” With Supercell ID
After a long break, I tried to log back into my old Clash Royale account, but I cannot access it. When I attempt to sign in with my Supercell ID, I receive the following error: “You tried to log in to Clash Royale with your Supercell ID. However, to link your game progress, you need to advance further in the game. This Clash Royale account has not yet been linked to this Supercell ID. If you are trying to load previously saved progress, we cannot find it. Do you have another Supercell ID you can try?”
Because of this, I am unable to access my old account. My account username is “Specalexis” and my Supercell ID email is i***************@gmail.com**. The account did not have any payments or in-game purchases. I used to play on an Android device, but now I am trying to log in from an iPhone. I believe the account may have been linked to Google Play, but I cannot recall exactly.
When I contacted Supercell support, they told me they could not help since I did not know my player tag or previous trophy count. This has left me stuck and unable to recover my account. I request urgent assistance in restoring my access to my old Clash Royale account and recovering my progress. Please help me regain my account “Specalexis” linked to my email so that I can continue playing.
