I Lost Access to My Clash of Clans Account and Can’t Recover It Without a 10-Year-Old Receipt

I’m incredibly disappointed with how Supercell is handling account recovery for Clash of Clans. I’ve spent years building my village—both emotionally and financially invested—and had to stop playing due to personal and financial hardships. Now that I’m trying to return, I’ve found my account has been deactivated due to inactivity.
My game was linked to my Facebook and Hotmail accounts, both of which are still active. But when I reached out for support, they refused to help unless I provide a payment receipt from 10 years ago. That’s completely unreasonable—I don’t have that after so much time.
Supercell, please understand that real players deserve better. Help me get my account back. I need support, not impossible demands.
