I Bought a Background in Clash of Clans But Can’t Access It After Purchase




During my very first in-game purchase on Clash of Clans, I encountered an extremely frustrating issue. I bought the new Mini Pass and used the points I earned to unlock the Primal Village Background—but after completing the purchase, I was unable to access the background at all.
It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for something, especially as a first-time buyer, and not be able to use the content. This experience has made me question whether in-game purchases are even reliable on this platform.
I’m kindly requesting that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. If more screenshots, account information, or proof of purchase are required, I’m willing to provide anything necessary to verify the situation.
