I purchased the Gold Pass in Clash of Clans expecting significant reductions in timers and resources for construction, upgrades, and research, as advertised before purchase. These reductions were the main reason I decided to buy the pass, but after purchasing, the changes were minimal and hardly made a difference.

It feels like a complete letdown and a misrepresentation of the benefits. The promised time and resource reductions were a major incentive, and not delivering them makes the purchase seem pointless. I demand an explanation and immediate action to fix this issue or refund my payment. It’s frustrating to feel misled by a game I’ve supported for so long.
