Clash of Clans Gold Pass Skin Disappeared After Update — Hunter Queen Missing

In Clash of Clans, my account with tag #GJ882QV0V (Town Hall level 8) encountered a problem about an hour ago. The Hunter Queen skin, which I purchased with the Gold Pass, has disappeared from my account. After the latest update, the skin is no longer visible. No other content is missing, and I only play on my iPhone 13. The payment was made using my credit card. I have not yet contacted in-game support.

This issue has caused me frustration and disappointment. I kindly request that my Hunter Queen skin purchased with the Gold Pass be restored to my account. Additionally, I would appreciate receiving a decorative item as compensation for this inconvenience. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
