Clash of Clans Clan Chat Filled With Offensive Messages

I have been receiving messages containing severe insults and profanity from several players through the clan chat in Clash of Clans. In particular, the extremely offensive insults directed at my mother and sister have been deeply disturbing and have made me lose interest in playing the game.

I used the in-game complaint and reporting options to report these players, but despite doing so, I do not believe that any serious action has been taken against them. I have also taken screenshots of the abusive messages to document the incident.

I request that messages containing such severe profanity and insults not be left without consequences, that the necessary disciplinary action be taken against these players, and, if appropriate, that their accounts be permanently banned. I also ask that chat moderation and enforcement be strengthened to help prevent similar incidents from happening again.
