On 26 March, an amount of £29 was taken from my Aircash card in Croatia with the description “ClarityCheck” on the transaction. I did not make any purchase, did not use my card in a mall or for any service related to this name, and I do not recognise this payment in any way. For this reason, I consider this transaction unauthorised and potentially a scam. I have already sent an email about this issue, but I have not received a satisfactory solution. I request that this £29 transaction be cancelled and fully refunded to my account and that any future payments to “ClarityCheck” or similar be blocked so that this does not happen again. I ask for this matter to be investigated urgently and for a clear written explanation of how this transaction was made without my consent.
