New Citroen C4X Rust And Paint Defects Found: Demand Replacement

I purchased a Citroen C4X from Aydın Surtaş Otomotiv Citroen, paying ₺1,816,500 in cash. When I took delivery of the vehicle on 07.11.2025, I noticed on the same day that there were paint defects and signs of rust in several areas. In the boot, in the spare wheel compartment at the bottom, there is rust and a visible colour difference, and inside the rear door and on the upper part of the rear fender there is a noticeable micron difference and waviness in the paint. I reported these issues to the sales representative at the dealership on the day of delivery with photos and videos, and on 26.11.2025 I took the vehicle to İzmir Gaziemir Arkas Citroën. I was told that the defect in the spare wheel section inside the boot was wax marks and that the rust I pointed out was not accepted as rust. My vehicle is currently at around 2,500 km and is still under factory warranty. I bought this vehicle trusting the brand and after-sales service, and I do not accept the existence of paint defects and rust in a newly purchased and low‑mileage vehicle. I request that the brand first acknowledge this situation as a fault and eliminate the problem completely. For an issue as serious as rust, I also expect a clear guarantee that it will not progress in the future; otherwise, I request a vehicle replacement. In addition, I request that any loss of value on my vehicle arising from these paint and rust problems be compensated and paid to me. I kindly request that my complaint be examined urgently and that I be informed in writing about the solution to be provided.
