Brand New Citroen C4X Delivered With Painted Fender and Removed Door

I purchased a brand new Citroën C4X from Citroën Antoto in Konyaaltı, Antalya, on 14 May 2026 around 16:00. The vehicle was delivered to me as zero and I was led to believe it was a completely new, untouched car. On the morning of 15 May, the day after delivery, I had the vehicle inspected at an independent expert service and received an expertise report. In this report it was stated that the right front fender had been painted and that the right front door had been removed and reinstalled. Discovering such interventions on a brand new vehicle has seriously shaken my trust in both the dealer and the brand, and the vehicle has clearly lost value from day one. Due to the loss of value and the fact that the vehicle was sold to me as new despite these interventions, I request a price reduction and the refund of the loss in value determined in the expertise report. I expect Citroën and the Antoto Konyaaltı dealer to compensate this situation promptly and in a way that will restore my trust.

Bu durumun ardından değer kaybı ödemesi talep ettim fakat markadan hiçbir şekilde iletişime geçilmedi ve süreçten çok memnun kalmadım.

When I took delivery of the vehicle, I noticed paint defects and dust on the right front fender; the responses from the dealer and Citroën headquarters saying that the issue was not resolved and that it was within tolerance disappointed me. I am requesting a refund for the loss of value and have not seen any progress yet. This process has been a very bad experience for me.
