Chery 8 Pro Max Window Film Peeled Off – Dealership Offers No Real Solution

On February 28, I traveled from Kayseri to Aydın Chery dealership to purchase my 8 Pro Max. At the dealership, I paid an extra ₺5000 to have 3M brand window film applied to the front two windows. However, on March 13, the left front window film started peeling off on its own.
When I contacted the dealership, they told me I had to return to Aydın to get it fixed. Expecting me to travel all the way from Kayseri just to fix a defective application is completely unreasonable. I did not expect such poor customer service from Chery.
Chery, resolve this issue properly! I should not have to make another long trip just to fix something that should have been done right the first time.
