Chatiw IP Banned After 3 Months Inactive — No Reason Given

I have been using Chatiw on my Windows laptop, but after not using the site for about three months, I tried to log in again and was met with the message “your IP has been banned.” I do not understand the reason for this ban, as I had used the service in the past without any issues and have not violated any rules to my knowledge. After seeing this message, I tried different methods to resolve the issue on my side but the ban message still appears and I cannot access the service. This situation is very frustrating because I have been unfairly restricted from using Chatiw without any prior warning or explanation. I kindly request that my IP ban be reviewed and lifted, and that I be clearly informed about the reason for this ban if there is any specific cause. I expect my access to be restored and an explanation provided as soon as possible.
