Why Was I Banned From Chatiw Without Any Explanation?

I have been using Chatiw through the Safari browser, but on 7/29 I was suddenly no longer able to enter the site. The system simply stopped letting me in, without any clear warning or explanation, and I have not received any email or on‑screen message stating the reason for this situation. I believe I did not violate any rules and I was only trying to use the service normally. It is very frustrating to be blocked without any information or chance to respond. I kindly request that my access ban be removed so that I can use Chatiw again, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of why I was banned and what I am accused of doing.
