Chatiw Ban Preventing Access Without Any Explanation

I have been unable to access Chatiw for the last 13 days due to what appears to be a ban. Each time I try to use the service from England, I cannot gain access and it seems that my account or IP is blocked. I have not received any clear information about the reason for this ban and I do not know which rule I am alleged to have violated. I also have not been able to reach support or get any explanation so far. I kindly request that my ban be reviewed and lifted as soon as possible, or that I at least be informed clearly about the reason for the ban and what I can do to restore my access.
