OpenAI Rejects Two Appeals Without Explaining Account Suspension
My OpenAI account was disabled today without any valid justification. I can't access my account, which I log into with A**********@gmail.com, and I'm being told that my account violated the community guidelines. However, I don't believe I did anything that goes against the rules, and I haven't received any clear, detailed explanation of what exactly I violated.
After learning about this, I submitted two appeals. Despite this, I was told that they wouldn't be reactivating my account and that the decision wouldn't change. I see this kind of permanent shutdown, carried out without providing any concrete example, clear explanation, or details, as an unfair practice that wrongs the user.
I'm requesting a clear and detailed explanation of why my account was shut down, that the decision be reviewed again and my account be reactivated, and that users be given more transparent and understandable information in similar situations going forward.
