Chat Alternative Took My Payment but Didn't Activate My Subscription

I paid for a premium subscription in the Chat Alternative app, but my account was never upgraded and the paid features were never activated. Even though my payment was successfully processed, I did not receive the service I paid for.
I believe it is unacceptable to charge customers without providing the promised access. I have requested assistance, but my issue remains unresolved.
I am requesting an immediate refund or that my paid subscription be activated without further delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue my rights through the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
