Chamspy Unauthorized Subscription Charges on Mastercard

On 29 October 2026 I used Chamspy’s reverse number check service. Since then, a subscription has been charged to my bank account that I never signed up for or authorised. On my bank account there are pending transactions taken under the name CELESTAVAPORTEC* M, including a charge of £37.28 dated 30 October 2026 and another of £0.14 dated 29 October 2026. These are taken from my UK Mastercard debit card and I did not agree to any ongoing subscription or such amounts when I used the reverse number check service. I tried to contact Chamspy to clarify and cancel this, but this has been a waste of time and I have not received any meaningful help or solution. My bank has informed me that because the transaction is still pending, they are currently unable to act, which leaves me unprotected against an unwanted subscription and further charges. I request that this unauthorised subscription be cancelled immediately, that no further payments are taken from my card, and that any pending or future charges related to this be fully refunded. I also ask for a clear written confirmation that my details have been removed from any subscription or recurring payment plan linked to Chamspy.
