If CarX Street keeps disconnecting from online races despite strong Wi-Fi, first switch between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands or try mobile data; some routers handle real-time game traffic better on one band than the other.

Also restart your router and device, and make sure no VPN/proxy is running, as these often interrupt gaming connections.

Check that port forwarding/UPnP is enabled on your router so the game can maintain stable connections to CarX servers, and try lowering in-game network settings (if available) to reduce packet load.

If disconnects continue, test with another network to isolate whether it’s your ISP/router, and contact CarX support with timestamps and logs so they can investigate server-side causes.
