Capitec Unauthorized Inforcheckhelp.com Charge Needs Investigation

I hold a savings account with Capitec Bank and on Sunday, 05 July, I noticed an unexpected purchase on my account for R585 with the description “Inforcheckhelp.com, SARASOTA / Inforcheckhelp.” I did not authorize this transaction, I do not know this merchant, and I have never signed up for any service related to “Inforcheckhelp.” This is the only online transaction linked to this account and I have never shared my card details or OTP with anyone. Since this deduction appears to be an unknown and unauthorized transaction, I request that Capitec urgently investigate this R585 purchase and reverse the money back into my account. I also ask that you block any possible future debits from this merchant or any related source, and provide me with information on how this transaction was processed without my consent.
