Withdrawal Request
I am writing to report a problem I am experiencing with a withdrawal from my 1win account to my Capitec bank account. On 20 June at around 16:34, I requested a withdrawal of R1200 from my 1win account to be paid into my Capitec account. Since making this request, the money has not reflected in my Capitec account, and it has now been several days without any payment being processed or received. I have not yet contacted 1win or Capitec customer support, as I expected the withdrawal to be processed within a normal time frame and to reflect in my account. I request that 1win immediately pays the R1200 into my Capitec bank account without further delay and provides a clear explanation for the delay in processing this withdrawal. I also expect a formal apology for the inconvenience and uncertainty caused by this issue.
