On 27 April 2026, an amount of R146.25 was deducted from my Capitec bank account for a so‑called “location tool” service, reflected on my statement as “6 Loca-tool.com Rl84dzl Fargo”. I did not knowingly activate, subscribe to, or use any such service, and I only became aware of this charge after reviewing my bank statement. I never provided clear consent for this location tool service, and no service was provided to me in return, so I consider this deduction to be unauthorized. To date, I have not contacted either Loca-tool.com or Capitec about this issue. I, Nombuso Shan**, request a full refund of the R146.25 that was deducted and the immediate cancellation of this location tool service to ensure that no further charges are made to my account.
