Capitec Unlimited Debit Order Cannot Cancel

I have a complaint regarding a Capitec Unlimited policy debit order that goes off from my account every month for R139. The policy was taken at the Capitec branch in Burgersfort, Limpopo. On 26 February 2026, the debit order again went off, and I no longer want this policy or these deductions. I went to the Capitec branch and requested that the Unlimited policy be cancelled and the debit order be stopped, but I was told that the Unlimited policy cannot be cancelled. I do not accept this, as I am the account holder and I do not want this debit order to continue going off from my account every month. I am requesting that Capitec immediately cancel this Unlimited policy, stop all future R139 debit orders, and refund the amounts that have been taken from my account for this policy. I expect written confirmation once the policy is cancelled and the debits have been stopped.
