Capitec Bank Delayed Payment Of Withdrawal
I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with a withdrawal from my 1win account to my Capitec bank account. On 14 June at around 15:54, I made two separate withdrawal requests, one for R250 and another for R700, a total of R950. Since then, I have not received any of this money in my Capitec account, and it has now been two days without any payment being processed. We regularly deposit money and continue playing on 1win, but when we finally win and request a withdrawal, we are not paid back, which feels very unfair and worrying. Before escalating the issue further, I tried to contact 1win support to check whether this waiting time is normal and to ask about the status of my withdrawals, but I did not receive any response. This lack of feedback, combined with the delay in payment, has left me very concerned about the safety of my funds. I request that the total amount of R950 be paid to my Capitec account immediately and that I receive a clear explanation as to why my withdrawals have been delayed and why I did not receive any response from support. I kindly ask that my case be reviewed urgently and that my funds be released without any further delay.
