Wrongfully Charged by CapCut and They Won’t Reply

Hi everyone. I’m based in Turkey, and when I checked the CapCut subscription pricing, it clearly displayed ₺2,299 — which is approximately $56. However, I was charged $179.99, which is extremely disappointing and completely unexpected. I’ve attached screenshots showing both the displayed price and the actual amount charged.
I initially contacted Apple Card about the issue, but they were unable to help and advised me to reach out directly to CapCut. They also mentioned that if I don’t receive a proper response from CapCut, they are prepared to offer legal assistance.
I’ve now emailed CapCut four times. I only received one response, and it was entirely unrelated to the issue I raised. This is beyond frustrating.
It’s shocking that a widely-used and reputable editing app offers such poor customer support for paying users. As an influencer, I will be sharing screenshots of this experience — including the email responses and payment discrepancies — across my social media platforms and networks.
This is completely unacceptable. Displaying one price and charging triple the amount without support or accountability is misleading and unethical.
