On September 2, 2025, I purchased the paid version of CapCut on my iPhone and was charged 999.99 TL, processed through Paycell and added to my Turkcell bill. Despite using the latest version of the app, the CapCut watermark still appears on all of my videos.
This issue is extremely frustrating, especially since I planned to use the app for content creation. For the past week, I have been unable to share my new videos because the watermark makes them look unprofessional. On top of this, certain templates within the app still require additional payment, which adds to my disappointment.
I contacted both CapCut support and Paycell customer service, but I have not received any assistance or solution. I have the receipt and proof of the transaction available in Paycell.
As a paying customer, I should not be experiencing the same limitations as free users. I am requesting a full refund of the 999.99 TL charge and immediate action to fix this watermark problem so that paying users can receive the service they were promised.
